I the master of the "Tang Jhing"Box= makers Shop,He,11 Shing Yong Street, I have been in the same shop for about 12 years,my grand-father and later my father had been master of the same business, I have known Mr.Mok Yan Pe for something like 8 - 9 yours, Our shop has been furnishing the Police Department with boxes,furniture ete.for the past 15 or 16 years, The Police Department runs a monthly secount with my shop. 1 enll every month to colleet my bill at the Police Office,Central Polies Station, I usually call some day between the 1st à 7th of the follow- ing month, I have been doing the same for the past 12 years, Seven or eight years ago, the Chief recountant, always paid me the money due. During the past six or seven years I have usually been paid by the 2nd 8lerk. For some time by Cheng Cheuk Him & latterly by Hr,Mok Yan Ps (who succeeded Mr. Cheng Cheuk Hin) as 2nd Clerk, Vr.Mok always paid me as

moon as I called for the money, on each month.

I used to see Hг,Hok,when I called at the Office,get the money from the Chief Accountant's hand, and he (Mr.Kak) then handed it to me,
